These two small fantasies were done on a lark, and to compare the paint handling on two different surfaces - smooth panel vs light canvas. Smooth panel clear and obvious winner when working at this small scale.

Inspired by very static but vibrant Mogul Court Miniatures from Northern India (17th C.) Each is 12” x 12” with a 1.5” depth.
