Some heavily populated murals working with a theme of Pacific coastal Mexico with a bit of fantasy and vivid coloration. More literal than I would have chosen to go but making the most of the given design brief that included referencing mid-century Acapulco, complete with cliff divers and an Elvis Presley movie that was filmed there.

These shots show the murals near completion and before getting a clear coat. The restaurant still awaits the final seating, lighting, and signage. Located in Everett, Washington in a new harbor-side development. Marina Azul Cocina and Cantina is the fourth project that I’ve done for this client and they are all different and site specific.
